6 Week Beginners Level 1 Course
Rae from Punky Hoops will be running through basic waist hooping skills and off-body tricks that will come together to form a routine. Come along for giggles and wiggles and the chance to learn a new party trick!
6 Week Beginners Level 2 Course
For those who have hula hooped before we have the new follow on course introducing further core on body moves and tricks using all parts of your body, giving you a solid base to start linking everything together in your own practice.
6 Week Improvers Level 1 Course
For those that have been on a hula hooping journey for a little while, the Improvers Level 1 course builds more on themes and tricks introduced in Beginners Level 1 and 2, with a greater focus on building your own style and flow.
