This one hour class focuses on building both the strength and flexibility needed to progress in the aerial arts. Over six weeks you will strengthen the muscles around your joints and be able to actively support yourself in your flexibility journey.
Strength and flexibility go hand in hand and Faye will show you the most effective and safest techniques for progressing your flexibility in the long term.
