Taught by Julie (qualified gymnastics coach) this class focuses on the all elements of handstands. Progressions and regressions will be offered at every stage.
how to build strength, technique and confidence when inverting for the first time! Julie will also show you how to use your handstands in your pole and aerial work. You will leave with tips and techniques to practise safely and carry on your handstanding at home.
The intermediate class will cover: Confidence building Strength and conditioning needed for stability and balance Flips, walkovers, and other variations Solo training techniques Partner training techniques - it is more fun with a friend 🙂 Individual feedback and 'homework'

- People who can handstand against a wall / pole / other support.
- People who can free handstand or are working towards / very close to a free handstand.
