New Course – Strength and Flexibility 6 Week Course

Pole and aerial moves always look better with more flexibility and this course is a great way to kick start your home stretching routine.

WHEN

Thursdays 6pm – 7pm over 6 weeks.

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST

£30 per person for the 6 weeks.

(PLEASE NOTE: if you book onto one course please make sure you can commit to 6 weeks of the same day and time each week. Courses are non transferrable and the remaining balance must be paid at the beginning of your first class. Also please note there is no card machine at the studio)
